No. You can browse help articles without signing in. If you are logged into Example Learning, we may personalize suggested articles based on your role and paths.
Who should I contact if an article doesn’t solve my issue?
Each article includes a link to contact support. You can also submit a ticket from the main Support & Help Center page, including logs or screenshots for technical issues.
How often are articles about SCORM/xAPI/LTI updated?
Integration and runtime articles are updated whenever we change supported versions or add new capabilities. Check the “Updated” date on the article for the most recent revision.
